Responsibilities
- Maintain and support multi-cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including resource provisioning, tagging, cost hygiene, access management, and reliability activities.
- Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines, support builds and deployments, and troubleshoot pipeline failures, bottlenecks, rollback procedures, and environment drift.
- Support Docker workloads and managed Kubernetes services including EKS, AKS, and GKE, including Helm updates, ingress, secrets, and pod scaling.
- Monitor platform health, logs, and alerts; participate in on-call rotations, incident triage, root-cause analysis, backups, restores, and disaster recovery verification.
- Create and maintain Terraform infrastructure configurations and Bash or Python utility scripts for operational automation.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of dedicated hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Systems Engineering roles.
- Hands-on operational experience with at least one major cloud provider—AWS, Azure, or GCP—and foundational familiarity with the others.
- Strong Linux administration, Bash scripting, and core networking knowledge including VPCs, subnets, DNS, VPNs, NAT, routing, and firewalls.
- Working experience with Terraform, including modules, state files, and basic refactoring.
- Experience with Docker and basic Kubernetes administration, including kubectl, Helm, and pod lifecycle management.
- Experience maintaining automated deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
- Proficiency in Python or Bash for task automation and API integrations.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and incident-update skills.
- Preferred qualifications include AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate, Azure Administrator AZ-104, GCP Associate Cloud Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer certification.
