Base Salary
$186k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the design and delivery of blockchain network infrastructure that abstracts complexity into reliable platform APIs.
- Lead multi-quarter initiatives including new chain integrations and data migrations to improve system performance.
- Define and maintain APIs, SLOs, and observability for the systems built, including on-call ownership.
- Partner with product and platform teams to establish data contracts and ship SDKs that drive adoption.
- Build deep technical context across multiple blockchain protocols to simplify cross-chain operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with ownership of production services.
- Proven track record in designing and maintaining distributed systems for high-throughput workloads.
- Hands-on experience with technologies like Golang, Kafka, Redis, or MongoDB.
- Direct experience with blockchain protocols or crypto infrastructure.
- Ability to decompose complex systems into microservices with clear API contracts.
- Utilizes generative AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency and quality.
