Responsibilities
- Spearhead the architectural design and implementation of next-generation perception systems.
- Champion best practices in software development, delivering high-performance C++ code.
- Architect and optimize high-throughput, real-time perception pipelines.
- Drive the selection and integration of state-of-the-art ML and CV models.
- Provide technical leadership in complex problem domains and define the technical roadmap.
- Act as a key technical liaison, collaborating with Product leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Define and contribute to foundational shared infrastructure and architectural patterns.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in building and deploying perception systems.
- Deep expertise in robotics, state estimation, computer vision, or applied machine learning.
- Extensive experience leading large, complex production-grade systems.
- Expert-level proficiency in modern C++ and experience with real-time systems.
- Proven track record of technical leadership and architectural ownership.
- Strong ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across teams.
