Base Salary
$160k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Talk directly with customers and partner with product teams to turn review workflows into agent capabilities such as dashboards, analysis scripts, and telemetry insights.
- Build and own the frontend surfaces where Sift Agents operates.
- Design agentic interaction patterns for streaming responses, long-running tasks, interruptions, and transparent presentation of agent work.
- Render agent findings alongside supporting telemetry while maintaining performance on large datasets.
- Use Web Workers, OPFS-backed caching, and alternatives to React when needed to maximize browser performance.
- Contribute to the component library and maintain consistent agentic UI patterns across the product.
- Collaborate with backend and full stack engineers on the APIs powering agent sessions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience building complex, high-performance web applications with technologies such as React, NextJS, TypeScript, or similar.
- Strong product ownership, including customer collaboration, prioritization, and shipping iterations.
- Strong attention to frontend details such as micro-interactions, latency, frame rate, and interface polish.
- Curiosity about AI products, agents, models, and newly released features.
- Bonus: experience shipping products at scale, including large data volumes, significant active users, or deep technical complexity.
- Bonus: experience shipping LLM-powered features or building chat and agentic interfaces with streaming responses, tool-call rendering, and long-running tasks.
- Bonus: knowledge of web performance optimization, browser rendering, modern CSS, Tailwind, Radix UI, WebGL, D3.js, Apache ECharts, WebAssembly, and time-series data.
- Bonus: experience building tools for technical users, or a background in scientific computing, hardware testing, or telemetry.
- U.S. Person eligibility is required under ITAR and EAR regulations.
