Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their review workflows and translate them into agent capabilities.
- Develop the frontend interfaces for Sift Agents, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
- Design interaction patterns for agentic UX, including streaming responses and long-running tasks.
- Render agent findings alongside telemetry data while maintaining performance.
- Utilize advanced browser technologies to optimize data handling.
- Contribute to the component library for consistent UI patterns across the product.
- Collaborate with backend engineers on API design for agent sessions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience in building complex, high-performance web applications using React, NextJS, TypeScript, or similar technologies.
- Strong attention to detail in user interface design and performance.
- Curiosity about new AI products and a willingness to experiment with them.
