Responsibilities
- Own shared components, design systems, state management, performance, and tooling for a Flutter application.
- Build and improve AI and agent infrastructure, including MCP servers, background agents, evaluations, and feedback loops.
- Integrate agentic coding tools into engineering workflows.
- Improve developer experience through CI/CD, release tooling, and faster feedback from code changes to production.
- Ship user-facing product features alongside platform work and maintain dependable foundation systems.
Requirements
- Two to four years of production experience building mobile applications with Flutter and Dart or building web applications.
- Daily, fluent use of agentic coding tools with an informed understanding of their strengths, limitations, and workarounds.
- Strong academic background from a well-regarded university or equivalent institution.
- Strong eye for design and detail, including visual consistency, spacing, and animation quality.
- Clear English communication and interest in improving systems and workflows for engineers.
- Experience shipping production software; deep platform engineering or architecture experience is not required.
Benefits
- €80,000 to €110,000 annual salary.
