Responsibilities
- Develop and support infrastructure for quick and easy test runs.
- Build and maintain infrastructure for installer builds and product releases.
- Design and write readable, maintainable Java or Kotlin code.
- Work with build systems and DevOps tooling supporting JetBrains IDE development.
- Handle Linux-based system administration and shell scripting tasks.
- Collaborate closely with other teams and contribute to development tooling and processes.
Requirements
- Experience developing with the Java or Kotlin stack and designing maintainable code.
- Familiarity with Bazel, Gradle, or Maven.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Packer, or Ansible.
- Familiarity with Linux fundamentals, shell scripting, and basic system administration.
- Understanding of the algorithms behind written code.
- Strong teamwork, communication, collaboration, and reasoning skills.
- Open-source contributions or independently developed projects are valued.
