Responsibilities
- Design and implement production-grade AI agents and generative AI capabilities within client Azure environments.
- Develop LLM integrations, RAG and context retrieval solutions, agent orchestration, structured outputs, guardrails, and AI workflows.
- Perform prompt engineering, tool calling, backend/API development, and enterprise-system integration.
- Build evaluation frameworks, golden datasets, and automated quality testing for LLM solutions.
- Collaborate with solution architects and technical leads to implement reliable, secure, scalable AI services and contribute to technical decisions.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI, and AI agents.
- Experience building RAG and retrieval-based AI solutions.
- Experience with Azure AI services and enterprise Azure environments.
- Understanding of AI security, observability, and production reliability.
- Ability to collaborate with architects and engineers while contributing directly to implementation and technical decisions.
