Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Nintex BPM, Infor WMS, and IBM iPaaS systems.
- Develop and deploy cross-system integrations using C#, Java, and Python.
- Administer Oracle and SQL Server databases and optimize queries and stored procedures.
- Support WMS implementations, localized warehouse customizations, user access, and on-site incident resolution.
- Maintain OpenShift containers and integration lifecycles across ERP, WMS, and BPM systems.
- Monitor performance, diagnose API latency and transaction failures, and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Manage workflow logic, approval matrices, organizational structures, and user permissions.
- Document requirements, implement and functionally test business process changes.
- Design custom business reports and ad-hoc analytics tools.
- Collaborate with business teams to improve workflows and processes while meeting IT security and audit requirements.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in C#, Java, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Oracle Database, including query optimization.
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Red Hat Linux environments.
- Prior experience with enterprise workflow or BPM systems and WMS operations.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability manufacturing environment.
- Preferred experience with IBM iPaaS or similar integration platforms.
- Preferred familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Preferred experience supporting Oracle-based WMS systems in production.
