Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Nintex BPM, Infor WMS, and IBM iPaaS systems.
  • Develop and deploy cross-system integrations using C#, Java, and Python.
  • Administer Oracle and SQL Server databases and optimize queries and stored procedures.
  • Support WMS implementations, localized warehouse customizations, user access, and on-site incident resolution.
  • Maintain OpenShift containers and integration lifecycles across ERP, WMS, and BPM systems.
  • Monitor performance, diagnose API latency and transaction failures, and resolve data inconsistencies.
  • Manage workflow logic, approval matrices, organizational structures, and user permissions.
  • Document requirements, implement and functionally test business process changes.
  • Design custom business reports and ad-hoc analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with business teams to improve workflows and processes while meeting IT security and audit requirements.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in C#, Java, and Python.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Oracle Database, including query optimization.
  • Familiarity with Windows Server and Red Hat Linux environments.
  • Prior experience with enterprise workflow or BPM systems and WMS operations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability manufacturing environment.
  • Preferred experience with IBM iPaaS or similar integration platforms.
  • Preferred familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Preferred experience supporting Oracle-based WMS systems in production.
