Responsibilities
- Deliver low-complexity software projects aligned with coding, design, testing, security, accessibility, privacy, and company standards.
- Contribute to the team roadmap by providing input, communicating risks, and escalating scope changes.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, technical discussions, and collaborative team activities.
- Troubleshoot software, resolve minor bugs independently, and collaborate with senior team members on complex issues.
- Extend software modules and components while following architecture, performance, maintainability, reliability, logging, monitoring, and debugging practices.
- Work within a cross-functional team to communicate effectively with peers and stakeholders and deliver production-ready software.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering and 1–2 years of experience developing and maintaining software, including co-op terms and internships, or an equivalent level of education or work experience.
- Experience with Java or a functional programming language.
- Ability to learn and apply root cause analysis, debugging, architecture, security, compliance, testing, and continuous integration and delivery practices.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively, participate in technical discussions, understand non-technical input, and seek guidance and feedback.
- Demonstrated customer focus, perseverance, resilience, adaptability, accountability, critical thinking, and willingness to learn.
