Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop full-stack Workforce Management capabilities for enterprise customers.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs using Kotlin, Spring Boot, AWS Lambda, and related cloud technologies.
- Create accessible, responsive frontend experiences using TypeScript, Vue.js, HTML, and CSS/LESS.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and cross-functional partners to translate product needs into reliable software.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code and contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, automated testing, and continuous improvement.
- Resolve defects across the technology stack through monitoring, debugging, and root-cause analysis.
- Improve the performance, security, reliability, and scalability of Workforce Management capabilities.
Requirements
- 0 to 2 years of professional software development experience, including internships, co-op placements, or equivalent practical experience.
- Foundational experience with object-oriented programming and modern software development principles.
- Experience with or ability to learn backend development using Kotlin, Java, Spring Boot, or similar technologies.
- Frontend development experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and a framework such as Vue.js, React, or Angular.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for responsive and accessible interfaces.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies, preferably AWS, including serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda.
- Understanding of version control, automated testing, code reviews, debugging, and continuous integration.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and interest in using AI responsibly for software development.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience may include software internships, co-ops, academic projects, open-source contributions, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Vue.js, TypeScript, AWS, cloud-native or serverless development, and AI-assisted development tools.
