Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications, services, tools, user interfaces, APIs, data services, and analytics platforms for front-office trading and sales teams.
  • Identify manual and operationally intensive workflows and implement scalable automation solutions.
  • Develop AI-powered tools, prompt frameworks, intelligent agents, and workflow solutions to improve productivity.
  • Partner with traders, salespeople, quants, and technology teams to understand business needs and rapidly deliver solutions.
  • Develop quantitative and analytical tools supporting pricing, risk management, trade analysis, and business decision-making.
  • Work with pricing, risk, market data, trading, and reference data systems and models.
  • Design reliable, maintainable front-office systems and apply software engineering, testing, code quality, and operational excellence practices.
  • Evaluate artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies for practical business applications.

Requirements

  • Strong programming skills in Golang, Python, C++, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
  • Experience developing both frontend and backend applications and understanding software architecture, APIs, distributed systems, and modern application design.
  • Experience working in Linux environments with shell scripting, command-line tools, and editors such as VIM.
  • Familiarity with databases, messaging systems, data-processing pipelines, and real-time applications.
  • Experience with source control, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, AI tools, prompt engineering, large language models, agentic workflows, and automation technologies.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills and understanding of quantitative modeling and financial models.
  • Familiarity with option pricing, risk measurement, derivatives analytics, pricing and risk models, financial markets, capital markets products, and trading workflows.
  • Ability to communicate with traders, salespeople, quants, and technology professionals and translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, operate in a fast-paced front-office environment, and drive process improvements.
  • Preferred: undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Finance, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Preferred: experience in investment banking, capital markets, financial technology, electronic trading, quantitative development, workflow automation, AI-enabled productivity solutions, business intelligence, market data, pricing systems, risk systems, trading platforms, cloud technologies, containerization, or modern deployment practices.
