Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Develop and maintain SAS programs and complex macros for data manipulation and workflow automation.
- Troubleshoot and optimize SAS code for performance and accuracy.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate SAS applications within broader IT environments.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
- Lead process improvements and mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with SAS Base and Macros.
- Proficiency in SAS Base and Macros, including data manipulation and automation using SAS programming.
- Experience developing and maintaining complex macros.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize SAS code for performance and accuracy.
- Familiarity with integrating SAS applications into broader IT environments.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education.
