Responsibilities
- Architect, design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale Mendix applications.
- Define Mendix solution architecture, development standards, and governance frameworks.
- Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews.
- Build scalable, reusable, and secure Mendix application components.
- Design and optimize domain models, microflows, nanoflows, workflows, and reusable modules.
- Drive integration strategy across enterprise applications and platforms.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with stakeholders.
- Guide teams on Mendix best practices, performance optimization, security, and maintainability.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and quality standards.
- Support automated deployment initiatives and mentor developers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, MCA, or a related discipline.
- 10–12+ years of overall IT experience.
- At least 5 years of hands-on Mendix development and architecture experience.
- Mendix Advanced Developer Certification is mandatory.
- Mendix Expert Certification is preferred.
- Strong experience designing enterprise-scale Mendix applications and understanding low-code architecture, governance, and best practices.
- Experience leading technical teams, mentoring developers, and managing stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
