Responsibilities
- Lead the technical direction of DevSecOps services.
- Drive adoption of new engineering approaches in security and tooling.
- Contribute to and maintain open-source software for vulnerability remediation.
- Improve security posture and operational excellence across Products & Functions Technology and CIO organizations.
- Promote security standards and enablers across business lines.
- Perform quality-assurance automation and infrastructure optimization.
- Evaluate and benchmark AI agent skills.
- Lead technical teams and deliver highly technical projects with complex architectures.
Requirements
- Proven relevant experience in DevSecOps, security platforms, and technical delivery.
- Expert knowledge of Java, Spring, and related technologies.
- Expert knowledge of vulnerability assessment, SAST, and CVM domains.
- Expert knowledge of DevOps and DevSecOps.
- Experience contributing to or maintaining open-source software.
- Proficiency in evaluating and benchmarking AI agent skills.
- A proven track record of leading strong technical teams and delivering highly technical projects with complex architecture.
- A bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience, is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
