Base Salary
$200k - $288k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship full-stack features and platform infrastructure for user-facing product journeys.
- Develop React and TypeScript onboarding flows, contextual prompts, and interactive engagement experiences.
- Drive product-led growth initiatives, self-serve capabilities, and Cortex Code discovery and adoption experiences.
- Design and implement product experiments, including hypotheses, test variants, feature evaluation, and performance analysis.
- Build and scale backend services for trial activation, onboarding, account provisioning, learning environments, and anti-abuse safeguards.
- Analyze behavioral data and platform telemetry to evaluate adoption, experiment outcomes, and system performance.
- Debug and resolve production issues across distributed services, databases, and platform infrastructure.
- Participate in design, implementation, testing, deployment, operational ownership, code reviews, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing and building large-scale distributed or user-facing production systems across frontend and backend development.
- Experience with TypeScript, React, and backend development using Go, Java, or TypeScript/Node.js.
- Strong product sense and interest in product-led growth, user onboarding, and feature adoption.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, or feature-flagging workflows.
- Experience querying analytical data stores with SQL and using telemetry and metrics to evaluate user behavior and system performance.
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, relational databases such as PostgreSQL, or data platforms.
- Strong coding, debugging, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Cloud platform experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
