Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end architectures for full-stack enterprise applications integrating AgentAI copilots, AI services, and APIs.
- Build and optimize scalable frontend and backend solutions, API designs, data flows, and AI-assisted user experiences.
- Use AgentAI tools and LLM-based copilots for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and design acceleration.
- Incorporate RAG-based retrieval and conversational APIs into enterprise systems.
- Bridge traditional engineering teams and AI-native squads to promote AI-assisted development practices.
- Maintain compliance, security, scalability, reliability, architectural integrity, and responsible AI guardrails.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience is stated, with additional information specifying a minimum of 12 years in Java full-stack development.
- Strong Java full-stack development experience, including enterprise engineering, SDLC, and domain or industry workflows.
- Experience using copilots and LLM tools for software development tasks.
- Practical understanding of RAG and the limitations of LLMs.
- Backend experience with one or more of Java and Spring Boot, .NET and C#, or Python.
- Frontend experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js, plus TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL, REST or GraphQL APIs, cloud-native development, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to integrate AI services and improve productivity without training models or designing ML architectures.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
