Responsibilities
- Design and influence decisions for fullstack architecture of AI-powered healthcare solutions.
- Work across the technology stack including Python, Go, Typescript, and React.
- Lead technical planning and execution for new features, balancing feasibility and business impact.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers on fullstack engineering and coding standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to create intuitive UI solutions.
- Work directly with customers to resolve issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong backend/full-stack programming skills, particularly in Python.
- Familiarity with frontend JS frameworks like React or Vue.
- General understanding of containers and cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of executing projects from ideation to implementation.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in fast-paced environments with daily deployments.
- Attention to detail regarding user experience and customer needs.
- Growth mindset and motivation to develop professionally.
