Responsibilities
- Develop custom software solutions and enhance components across systems and applications.
- Build agentic AI applications with tools, skills, prompts, planners, memory, and evaluation loops.
- Implement RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, and vector database integration.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with robust error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Add observability and guardrails and implement CI/CD pipelines.
- Write unit and integration tests, offline and online evaluations, red-team scenarios, and content and action safety boundaries.
- Prototype rapidly, demonstrate solutions, communicate trade-offs, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and speed.
- Ability to learn quickly, iterate rapidly, and translate business problems into practical AI solutions with clear communication.
