Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI models for complex business problems.
- Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines and agentic workflows using cloud-native tools.
- Develop autonomous AI agents with LangChain, LangGraph, and AgentSpace.
- Apply prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, and RLHF techniques to improve model performance.
- Integrate vector databases and LLM orchestration tools for retrieval and memory.
- Implement MLOps practices including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, retraining, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to deliver AI-powered solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and contribute to responsible AI documentation and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms and systems.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Transformers.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI models, agentic AI systems, NLP, conversational AI, and LLM-based applications.
- Experience with production-grade AI systems at scale in cloud environments, including Google Cloud Platform.
- Understanding of vector search, semantic retrieval, MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Preferred experience with prompt engineering, RLHF, LLM evaluation, AI governance and safety, reinforcement learning, multi-agent systems, Apache Spark, Kafka, BigQuery, Snowflake, and data engineering.
- Open-source AI contributions or publications in AI/ML are a plus.
