Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve scalable, maintainable, and high-performing software solutions.
- Support the successful delivery of Location Strategy projects to agreed plans, budgets, quality standards, and governance requirements.
- Implement permissions and profiles using Policy as Code and access-control models such as ReBAC, ABAC, and RBAC.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other functions to define requirements and solution strategies.
- Participate in code reviews, promote knowledge sharing, and apply secure coding and unit-testing practices.
- Manage risks and strengthen controls related to software delivery and technology governance.
- Translate complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders and influence delivery outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience with permissions and profiles, Policy as Code, ReBAC, ABAC, and RBAC.
- Experience with Java, BDD testing concepts, and public cloud, particularly AWS.
- Understanding of authorization and authentication technologies, including IAM and PingGateway, PingAM, PingIDM, and PingDS.
- Experience with Ping solutions is desirable.
- Ability to build relationships, demonstrate patience and resilience, and constructively challenge existing practices.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
