Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to scope and implement AI agent use cases across complex workflows.
- Integrate the IFS Loops platform with customer systems through APIs or middleware.
- Tune agent behavior and logic to improve cost, efficiency, accuracy, and error rates.
- Troubleshoot deployments and iterate on solutions to improve performance and user adoption.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to communicate customer insights and influence the roadmap.
- Document technical decisions and hand off stable deployments to customer engineering or support teams.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or ML deployment.
- Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Pinecone, and Weaviate.
- Familiarity with building LLM applications, RAG systems, or conversational AI workflows.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems through APIs or middleware, including systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, or Oracle.
- Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions and deliver quickly.
- Strong interpersonal, ownership, action-oriented, and continuous-learning skills.
- Preferred experience includes SaaS, customer experience, support operations, manufacturing systems, mission-critical AI deployments, enterprise AI platforms, or multi-agent orchestration.
