Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Design solutions that integrate AI models and multi-provider platforms into enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Automate business processes and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows.
- Provide application support, including proactive monitoring, maintenance, incident diagnosis, and issue resolution.
- Support incident management and service request fulfillment using ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Document solutions, share knowledge, and contribute to application support best practices.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand needs and provide timely issue-resolution updates.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute to team discussions and problem solving.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience is required.
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management is required.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment processes.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and its application in service management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
