Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI for enterprise workflows and business challenges.
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Design integrations across enterprise technology ecosystems and multi-provider AI platforms.
- Monitor and maintain critical business applications and troubleshoot incidents and service requests.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, communicate resolution updates, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Document solutions, share knowledge, and contribute to application-support best practices.
Requirements
- At least five years of professional experience is required.
- At least three years of experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management is specified.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management is required.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks is required.
- Experience with incident management, service request fulfillment, and the ITIL framework is required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills are required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
