Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Facilitate integration of AI models and multi-provider platforms into enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Provide application support, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve issues across critical business systems.
- Perform proactive monitoring and maintenance to support application reliability and performance.
- Support incident management and service request fulfillment processes.
- Document solutions, share knowledge, and contribute to application support best practices.
- Communicate with stakeholders, understand their needs, and provide timely issue-resolution updates.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute to team discussions and solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment processes.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service management practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
