Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse technology platforms.
- Facilitate solution design and integration across enterprise technology ecosystems.
- Monitor and maintain applications, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve service requests.
- Apply prompt engineering and AI evaluation frameworks to deliver scalable, responsible AI solutions.
- Document solutions, share knowledge, and contribute to application-support best practices.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand needs and provide updates on issue resolution.
- Work independently as a subject matter expert and contribute to team discussions and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Minimum five years of professional experience is required.
- Minimum three years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management is required.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment processes.
- Familiarity with the ITIL framework and service management practices.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
