Responsibilities
- Organize deployment of AI workflows and architectures across diverse AI and technology platforms.
- Facilitate solution design and integration across enterprise technology ecosystems, AI models, and multi-provider platforms.
- Prepare technical design specifications with cross-functional teams and drive architectural governance activities.
- Guide platform convergence and balance customer delivery with organizational health across engineering initiatives.
- Identify application improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Lead design sessions, conduct code reviews, and mentor development staff in delivering product features.
- Support technical conversations, decision-making, stakeholder relationships, and communication with executive leadership and engineering teams.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in .NET full-stack development or software development.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field, with 15 years of full-time education required.
- Significant experience designing, implementing, and enhancing systems, including architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
- Fluency in modern languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience building products with microservices architectural patterns and extensible REST APIs.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery and infrastructure as code.
- Experience with cloud, DevOps, or AI modernization initiatives.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, automation, engineering toolchains, and translating AI innovation into business impact.
- Preferred experience with application monitoring, performance assessments, security architecture, Active Directory, Windows Authentication, SAML, OAuth, AWS, Azure, and multi-cloud environments.
