Base Salary
$154k - $229k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AI/ML solutions on AWS tailored to customer requirements.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models and generative AI applications for real-world business problems.
- Select and fine-tune models, conduct experiments, benchmark performance, and optimize solutions at scale.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to identify high-value use cases, gather requirements, and define implementation strategies.
- Provide technical guidance on responsible, cost-efficient AI/ML adoption and troubleshoot solutions during project delivery.
- Advise customers on AI/ML advancements, emerging technologies, and effective use of diverse data sources.
- Mentor team members, deliver training, create reusable AI/ML artifacts, and evaluate new technologies.
Requirements
- US citizenship is required.
- At least 3 years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
- At least 5 years of experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, data mining, and analytics techniques.
- Experience with professional software engineering practices across the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architecture, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence.
- Experience defining and creating benchmarks for assessing generative AI model performance.
- Experience translating complex technical solutions and data-driven insights into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred: knowledge of AWS services across compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies.
- Preferred: experience with cloud performance optimization, cost management, technical communication in pre-sales environments, and customer-facing complex project management.
