Responsibilities
- Develop AI-assisted operations tooling and patterns for operational and ServiceNow workflows.
- Build bidirectional ServiceNow integrations that update the CMDB and ticketing system for automated changes, provisioning, and decommissions.
- Create and maintain GitHub Actions pipelines for software updates and infrastructure deployments across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Author and manage reusable Terraform modules for standardized provisioning across AWS and Azure.
- Collaborate with a third-party managed services provider to automate manual runbooks.
- Integrate compliance-as-code into deployment pipelines to support CIS Benchmarks and regulatory audit requirements.
- Establish enterprise-wide automation standards, reusable patterns, and documentation for cloud delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or an accepted equivalent foundation of 5–7 years of relevant experience or professional certifications.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering.
- Proficiency developing pipelines with GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Hands-on Terraform experience in AWS or Azure, including module authoring, state management, and workspace strategies.
- Experience connecting automation pipelines to ServiceNow, including CMDB population and automated change request management.
- Understanding of cloud networking, IAM, security fundamentals, and compliance-as-code tooling.
- Experience working with third-party managed services vendors is preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken English; an additional language is preferred.
