Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain CI/CD processes for Java, .NET, and Node.js/TypeScript applications.
- Build container images, package deployments in versioned Helm charts, and deploy applications to Kubernetes clusters.
- Configure container resources, limits, scaling, application-layer components, application servers, and reverse proxies.
- Automate application configuration, installation, updates, and customer-environment deployments with Ansible.
- Configure and develop monitoring, log collection, alerting, application secrets management, and production-safe configuration.
- Expand pipelines with SonarQube analysis, automated tests, dependency scanning, and quality gates.
- Participate in designing zero-downtime deployment strategies, scalability approaches, and consistent development, test, and production environments.
- Support development teams in diagnosing environmental and application deployment problems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in CI/CD and software-delivery automation.
- Practical Docker experience, including image building and optimization, networking, volumes, and troubleshooting.
- Production Kubernetes experience and the ability to diagnose application startup and performance problems in clusters.
- Ability to create and maintain Helm charts and write idempotent Ansible playbooks and roles.
- Experience with Jenkins and GitHub Actions using pipeline as code.
- Proficiency with Git and SonarQube in a development team.
- Knowledge of monitoring and log-analysis tools, particularly Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki or Graylog.
- Good Linux knowledge and Bash scripting skills.
- English proficiency at least at B2 level.
- Terraform knowledge, at least sufficient to read and understand code, is preferred.
- Knowledge of Java, TypeScript, or .NET sufficient to analyze application code and runtime requirements is preferred.
- GitOps experience and knowledge of ArgoCD or Flux is preferred.
- Operational experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, or Solr is preferred.
- Experience using AI tools in engineering work, including GitHub Copilot and language-model-based solutions, is preferred.
- DevOps-related certifications are preferred.
