Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining AI-powered applications and product features.
- Integrate AI and machine learning capabilities, APIs, and large language models into applications and workflows.
- Prepare, clean, transform, and validate data for AI-related applications.
- Support model implementation, evaluation, prompt experimentation, retrieval techniques, RAG, embeddings, vector search, and document-processing workflows.
- Test AI functionality, integrations, and data-processing pipelines while investigating model, performance, and integration issues.
- Monitor and improve AI solution quality, latency, and reliability while following secure data handling, privacy, and responsible AI practices.
- Collaborate with software engineers, AI/ML specialists, QA engineers, product managers, DevOps and cloud teams, and business stakeholders.
- Document experiments, implementation decisions, test results, and technical findings, and participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Working knowledge of Python for application development or data processing.
- Understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
- Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts, model training or inference, and AI application use cases.
- Familiarity with APIs, JSON, external service integration, data manipulation, preprocessing, validation, and Git.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to two years of relevant software development, AI/ML, or data-oriented experience are encouraged to apply.
- Equivalent practical experience demonstrated through relevant projects may be considered.
- Preferred qualifications include exposure to scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI APIs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, RAG architectures, SQL, cloud platforms, notebooks, or data-processing pipelines.
- Academic projects, internships, hackathons, or personal projects involving AI, machine learning, NLP, or generative AI are preferred.
