Responsibilities
- Design and implement Salesforce integration solutions using Salesforce APIs and middleware platforms.
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications to improve client operational efficiency.
- Analyze client needs and deliver tailored software and integration solutions.
- Automate processes and data flows between Salesforce and other systems.
- Use RESTful APIs and SOAP web services for system integration and data management.
- Conduct integration analysis and identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients to align solutions with their strategic objectives.
- Provide Salesforce application training and technical support to clients.
- Oversee support ticket queues and lead team and client status meetings.
- Contribute to integration architecture strategies, process redesign efforts, and client relationship management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- At least 4 years of experience required.
- Oral and written proficiency in English required.
- Preferred fields of study include Computer and Information Science and Accounting, Information Technology, and Management Information Systems.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Lightning Components, Apex, SOQL, ETL migration tools, REST, and SOAP web services.
- Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, Salesforce customization, integration architecture, analytical problem-solving, and client communication.
- At least one relevant Salesforce certification, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant, Integration Architecture Designer, or Platform Developer I.
- Ability to manage support queues, lead status meetings, extract relevant metrics, provide subject matter expertise, and participate in process or redesign efforts.
