Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and deliver scalable custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Build agentic AI applications with tools, skills, prompts, planners, memory, evaluation loops, and clean testable code.
- Implement RAG services covering ingestion, chunking, embeddings, indexing, vector databases, observability, and guardrails.
- Integrate enterprise APIs, event streams, and data sources with robust error handling, retries, and fallbacks.
- Develop unit and integration tests, offline and online evaluations, red-team scenarios, and content and action safety boundaries.
- Prototype rapidly, demonstrate solutions, communicate trade-offs, and collaborate with stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Java full-stack development.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong computer science and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, vector databases, and AI APIs.
- Proven ability to build end-to-end applications and integrate AI into systems.
- A visible portfolio of AI projects demonstrating experimentation and rapid learning.
- Proficiency in at least two listed core programming languages, including Java, Python, or TypeScript/Node.js.
- Ability to translate business problems into practical AI solutions and communicate clearly.
- Experience with relevant AI frameworks, vector databases, testing frameworks, containers, serverless technologies, and cloud SDKs is relevant to the role.
