Responsibilities
- Develop complex AI applications and transition prototypes into production-grade agentic workflows, including multi-agent systems and MCP servers.
- Architect and code integrations between Google AI products and customer infrastructure, including APIs, legacy data silos, and security perimeters.
- Design and deploy agentic developer workflows on Google Cloud’s AI stack, including refactors, language migrations, spec-to-PR pipelines, and automated review and incident-to-fix loops.
- Embed with customer engineering teams to identify software-development bottlenecks and define measurable success metrics.
- Integrate Google’s agentic systems with customer tools and ISV platforms such as Atlassian, GitLab, ServiceNow, and Slack using MCP and A2A protocols.
- Own customer solutions end to end, from discovery and build through rollout, hardening, and ongoing reliability improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 8 years of experience in cloud computing or a technical customer-facing role.
- Production experience deploying, scaling, and debugging LLM or agent-based systems, including tooling, memory, orchestration, evaluation, tracing, and cost or latency profiling.
- Experience owning engineering projects end to end with executive stakeholders.
- Preferred: Master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience implementing multi-agent systems with frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or ADK and patterns such as ReAct, self-reflection, or hierarchical delegation.
- Preferred: experience with agentic frameworks, harness layers, MCP, A2A, third-party ISV platforms, and security ecosystems in DevSecOps.
- Preferred: knowledge of LLM-native metrics and techniques for optimizing state management and granular tracing.
