Responsibilities
- Become a trusted member of the customer’s technical team.
- Design, configure, and optimize Cloudflare solutions within the customer environment.
- Provide proactive architectural guidance and best-practice recommendations.
- Lead technical workshops and knowledge-transfer sessions.
- Act as the voice of the customer within Cloudflare.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Recognized expertise in applications, networking, or Zero Trust/SASE.
- Strong networking foundation with expert-level understanding of OSI model and TCP/IP.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and troubleshoot complex solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
