Base Salary
$176k - $251k/yr
Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and develop the sales engineering team.
- Refine and scale sales engineering processes, including discovery, technical qualification, and proof of concept.
- Partner with sales leadership and clients to design and present business solutions that drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate in a matrixed environment to promote and support the Zscaler portfolio through value-based selling.
- Align with go-to-market sales leaders, product management, and engineering to execute strategic solutions and close customer and partner deals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record in sales or systems engineering with experience managing and directing a sales engineering team.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, and developing talent.
- Technical expertise in cybersecurity and networking.
- Ability to communicate value-based selling in a matrixed go-to-market environment.
- Curiosity about and demonstrated use of AI tools to improve workflows and problem-solving.
- Preferred experience with Zscaler or competitive solutions.
- Preferred deep understanding of SaaS-based technologies and regulatory compliance.
- Preferred experience working with large go-to-market and partner ecosystems in a matrixed environment.
