$162k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement reliable, secure, and scalable enterprise services for identity and access management, SaaS integrations, MDM and endpoints, and internal tooling.
- Build infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and configuration-as-code modules, templates, and patterns.
- Automate employee lifecycle workflows, RBAC and SCIM provisioning, and policy enforcement across core enterprise systems.
- Define and measure SLOs, create dashboards, alerts, and runbooks, and participate in on-call and incident response.
- Partner with Security, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Platform on SaaS governance, license optimization, and risk controls.
- Deliver cross-functional engineering initiatives end to end through specifications, stakeholder alignment, launches, documentation, and durable outcomes.
Requirements
- Demonstrated impact shipping multi-stakeholder engineering projects that improve reliability, efficiency, or employee experience at scale.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD for identity, SaaS, or internal platform configuration, including Terraform or similar tools.
- Strong background in identity and access management integrations, including SSO, SAML, OIDC, SCIM provisioning, RBAC, and ABAC.
- Proficiency building API integrations and internal tooling for systems such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian.
- Experience defining SLOs, building dashboards, alerts, and runbooks, and contributing to on-call and incident response.
- Clear communication and documentation skills with the ability to collaborate across Security, Finance, Legal, and Platform.
- Experience with SaaS governance and license optimization, joiner/mover/leaver automation, data pipelines, policy guardrails, internal platform standards, MDM or endpoint platforms, or enterprise incident leadership is preferred.
- Ability to work from or relocate to New York City or Pittsburgh.
