Responsibilities
- Design and deliver large-scale distributed systems and scalable backend services.
- Own complex initiatives and features from end to end.
- Drive architectural decisions and deliver reliable, secure solutions at global scale.
- Collaborate across Salesforce teams, including Data Cloud, Tableau Next, and ATF.
- Contribute to Security Mesh, Security Center, and threat-detection capabilities across multiple platforms.
Requirements
- Experience designing and building large-scale distributed backend systems.
- Ability to take end-to-end ownership of complex technical initiatives.
- Ability to influence architectural decisions and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Adaptability in an environment built on Salesforce Core and dependent on multiple teams.
- Strong collaboration, leadership, and results-oriented problem-solving skills.
- An AI-first mindset and interest in using AI-driven tools, automation, and intelligent workflows.
