Responsibilities

Build and customize ServiceNow solutions from requirements gathering and implementation planning through coding and execution.
Use scripting tools to automate routine ServiceNow tasks.
Create requirements definitions, technical specifications, and related documentation.
Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
Research and deploy ServiceNow releases and enhancements.
Perform system and integration testing using sample data.
Respond to production outages, resolve critical issues, and identify risks before they affect operations or project schedules.
Monitor the health, usage, and compliance of the IT Service Management platform.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience as a system administrator or developer.
At least 2 years of experience using scripting or coding languages such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and AngularJS.
At least 2 years of experience with LDAP, Active Directory, and single sign-on.
At least 3 years of experience in IT service delivery.
Hands-on development or configuration experience with an IT Service Management platform such as Remedy, HP, or ServiceNow is preferred.
Effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
