Responsibilities
- Design and deliver reliable, high-quality product experiences.
- Own features end-to-end, collaborating with Product, Design, and Analytics teams.
- Run experiments and iterate on product improvements based on real data.
- Build and evolve systems for patient acquisition and onboarding.
- Optimize for performance, correctness, and resilience as the business grows.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in building and maintaining production-ready software systems.
- Strong skills in API design, data modeling, and clean code development.
- Proven capability in building user-facing product experiences or robust backend services.
- Demonstrated end-to-end feature ownership and ability to communicate technical concepts.
- Active experience with AI-assisted development tools in coding workflows.
