Base Salary
$115k - $319k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop software products that augment and extend Five9’s core cloud contact center offerings.
- Work across product definition, organization, architecture, development, testing, and delivery using end-to-end development toolchains.
- Use source control, linting, test automation, and modern development tools to support rapid product development.
- Build web-based applications and integrations using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, Node.js, and associated frameworks.
- Collaborate with the development team through web conferences, chat, and independent project execution.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of application or integration software development experience.
- At least 3 years of web-based application development experience using HTML5, JavaScript, and associated frameworks.
- At least 1 year of experience with web application hosting services such as Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, or self-hosted Node.js services.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and Node.js.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, Nest.js, and VueJS.
- Recent experience with Jira, Confluence, Visual Studio Code, and Git.
- Understanding of cloud-based software development architectures and web-based API interfaces.
- Familiarity with Unix-based command-line shell usage.
- Contact Center or Computer-Telephony Integration experience with Cisco ICM/UCCE, Genesys, or Avaya is a plus.
