Responsibilities
- Build and continuously improve a polished, responsive, highly interactive marketing website with animation and rich functionality.
- Own website performance, technical SEO, discoverability in search engines and AI agents, and core site functionality.
- Maintain and evolve the Sanity platform, site components, integrations, and deployment infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain reliable tracking, attribution, conversion events, experimentation, and funnel data flows.
- Build automations, workflows, and self-service tooling that enable Marketing and Design to ship pages, campaigns, and experiments independently.
- Develop systems that detect website regressions and flag performance or SEO issues.
- Partner with Marketing and Growth on conversion, traffic, and revenue outcomes and provide engineering support for broader marketing needs.
Requirements
- Approximately 5+ years of experience building, owning, and iterating on marketing websites over the long term.
- Experience building beautiful, conversion-focused websites with motion, ambitious CSS, rich media, and strong attention to page speed.
- Familiarity with modern stacks such as Astro and headless CMS platforms such as Sanity.
- Fluency in cookies, conversion events, analytics, experimentation tooling, attribution, and funnel measurement.
- Experience with tools such as Segment, Amplitude, or Customer.io.
- Ability to build guardrails, automations, and tooling that empower non-technical Marketing and Design users.
- Interest in using AI tools while applying discernment, craftsmanship, and taste.
- Strong resourcefulness, collaboration, and ability to bridge Marketing and Engineering.
