Responsibilities
- Lead software development work supporting healthcare initiatives.
- Implement healthcare industry solutions and determine effective methods to meet customer needs.
- Support 3M R&D teams in delivering solutions for clients.
- Develop enterprise and full-stack web applications, component libraries, and integrations.
- Collaborate with distributed teams and communicate technical and user-focused concepts.
- Comply with corporate policies, procedures, and security standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher and eight years of software development experience, or a high school diploma/GED and twelve years of software development experience.
- At least eight years of experience as a Java/Kotlin enterprise developer using Spring, MVC, and Postgres or a similar database.
- At least five years of full-stack web application and component library development using React or Angular, preferably with EMR integration.
- At least five years of experience developing and interfacing with services through REST APIs.
- At least five years of experience with cloud architectures and large-scale hosted applications, preferably AWS.
- Preferred qualifications include healthcare experience, strong test automation, unit testing experience with tools such as Karma or Jasmine, and experience working independently and collaboratively on distributed Agile teams.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship.
