Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into agentic workflows and production-ready full-stack APIs, services, and UIs.
- Design, implement, document, review, and maintain complex software components and AI agent systems.
- Integrate enterprise applications and services through APIs and middleware, and troubleshoot interoperability issues.
- Deploy software in Azure environments, configure deployment scripts, support infrastructure-as-code, and tune cloud performance.
- Define agent evaluation strategies using golden datasets, regression suites, scenario coverage, and reliability checks.
- Monitor agent behavior, including tool-call traces, latency, cost metrics, and failure modes, and drive iterative improvements.
- Design and execute unit, integration, and automated tests while resolving failures and contributing to automation frameworks.
- Support architecture translation, low-level design, design artifacts, trade-off discussions, and project estimation.
- Collaborate with product, UX, business, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams; lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers.
- Potentially supervise employees in the Business Solutions practice.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of software engineering experience building production-grade systems.
- Demonstrated experience shipping AI/LLM-powered features, including agents, agentic frameworks, RAG, tool-calling, or workflow automation, into real user workflows.
- Hands-on experience building agentic systems with LLMs, tool use, orchestration, multi-step flows, verification or validation patterns, and MCPs.
- Proficiency in at least one agentic framework such as LangChain/LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Microsoft Semantic Kernel, Microsoft AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Proficiency in at least one modern full-stack technology and experience with SQL or NoSQL data stores, Redis, containerization, Kubernetes, and Azure cloud-native services.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker containers, and cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong knowledge of programming concepts, data structures, design patterns, system design, application performance optimization, and system integration.
- Ability to design, test, debug, document, and present complex systems while working with large codebases.
- Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, prioritization, and mentoring abilities.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Experience with the .NET ecosystem and ReactJS is a plus.
