Base Salary
$120k - $165k/yr
Responsibilities
- Automate provisioning, configuration management, and deployment of COTS and in-house applications to on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
- Design, implement, and manage deployment processes using GitHub Actions/Workflows, Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Configure and secure CI/CD pipelines supporting code quality, testing, and security compliance from development through production.
- Create and maintain technical and user documentation, logs, and reports for knowledge sharing and audit support.
- Follow IT and change-management processes, policies, control standards, and best practices using tools such as ServiceNow.
- Perform complex technical tasks independently, provide subject-matter expertise, consult with clients and project teams, and coach team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
- 10+ years of information technology experience focused on DevOps and cloud security.
- Strong understanding of DevOps and DevSecOps principles and practices.
- Proficiency with CI/CD and security testing tools, including GitHub Actions/Workflows, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Veracode, AquaSec, and SonarQube.
- Linux administration experience, including resource management and command-line operations for virtual machines.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, containerization, and orchestration.
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices and technologies, particularly Azure and Google Cloud.
- Working knowledge of network infrastructure such as firewalls, load balancers, and DNS.
- Experience with Jira and ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Experience in a financial-services environment is preferred.
- Relevant Azure or Google Cloud DevOps certifications are highly desirable.
- Site Reliability Engineering experience is a plus.
