Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop high-quality fullstack software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine technical specifications.
- Mentor and coach junior engineers to foster a culture of learning.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and uphold best practices.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Oversee continuous integration and deployment processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Go).
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact, production-quality software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
- Experience using industry-standard tools including GitHub, Google Cloud, and Docker.
- Additional expertise in machine learning, data analysis, or DevOps practices is a plus.
