Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product interaction quality and detailed UI craft for complex fund accounting and treasury workflows.
Design and build human-and-AI-agent interaction patterns for reviewing, correcting, and trusting agent-driven output in real time.
Own the design system, including components, patterns, documentation, tooling, and engineering best practices.
Prototype rapidly in code and use working software to test concepts with users and stakeholders.
Make final product taste and interaction-design decisions in owned areas.
Partner with product, operations, engineering, customers, and internal ops teams to translate complex workflows into simple interfaces.
Balance speed and quality while establishing durable product and design foundations.

Currently hands-on shipping user-facing product code rather than managing, reviewing, or architecting from a distance.
Demonstrated exceptional product taste and shipped work distinguished by interaction design and craft.
Strong full-stack fluency with the ability to own features from database to UI, especially on the frontend.
Experience designing and building complex interfaces involving dense data, multi-step workflows, and real-world edge cases.
Experience designing AI-agent or automation-heavy products and human-in-the-loop review flows is a plus.
Background in fintech, capital markets, or other data-dense B2B software is a plus.
Experience building, owning, or significantly improving a design system is a plus.
