Responsibilities
- Own the craft and interaction quality of the product end to end.
- Design and build interaction patterns for workflows involving humans and AI agents.
- Own the design system and tooling, including components and documentation.
- Rapidly prototype in code to test ideas with users and stakeholders.
- Make final decisions on product taste and interaction design.
- Partner with product, ops, and engineering to simplify complex financial workflows.
- Work directly with customers to inform design decisions.
- Balance speed and quality in product development.
Requirements
- Currently hands-on, shipping user-facing product code.
- Exceptional taste in interaction design and craft.
- Strong full-stack fluency, particularly on the frontend.
- Experience with complex UI/UX involving dense data and multi-step workflows.
- Experience designing for AI agent or automation-heavy products is a plus.
- Background in fintech or data-dense B2B software is preferred.
- Experience building or significantly improving a design system is a plus.
