Own and define Hanover Park’s production infrastructure as its senior-most infrastructure voice, building the platform, reliability practices, and operational playbook from the ground up. Hanover Park is seeking a Founding Design Engineer to design and ship polished product experiences for complex private-markets workflows. You’ll combine frontend engineering, interaction design, coded prototyping, and design-system ownership, including interfaces where humans work alongside AI agents.
