Responsibilities
- Develop AI-powered automation to streamline fund administration workflows.
- Build full-stack products, managing frontend, backend, infrastructure, and deployment.
- Solve complex technical challenges in AI, finance, and accounting.
- Make architectural and technical decisions alongside the CTO.
- Take ownership of projects from inception to deployment.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack development skills across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Production experience with LLM/AI workflows.
- Demonstrated high ownership and initiative in problem-solving.
- Experience in fintech or accounting software is a plus.
- Background in data-intensive backend work is preferred.
