Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered automation that reduces manual work in fund administration.
- Develop and own full-stack products across frontend, backend, infrastructure, AI, and deployment.
- Solve complex technical problems at the intersection of AI, finance, and accounting.
- Make architecture and technical decisions alongside the CTO.
- Own systems end-to-end through production without dedicated QA or detailed PM specifications.
Requirements
- Strong full-stack fundamentals across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Production experience building or integrating LLM/AI workflows.
- High ownership and the ability to independently identify and solve problems without detailed specifications.
- Fintech or accounting software experience is a plus.
- Data-intensive backend experience in areas such as healthtech, insurance, finance, or loans is a plus.
- Seed-to-Series B startup experience is a plus.
