Base Salary
$143k - $224k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, companywide technology initiatives and drive new engineering initiatives.
- Design, code, test, debug, document, and review complex large-scale technology solutions.
- Develop engineering standards and companywide best practices for technology solutions.
- Make architectural decisions and resolve complex technical issues with internal experts and external industry groups.
- Lead projects or teams and serve as a peer mentor.
- Develop and support enterprise branch banking user interfaces and accessible web applications.
- Work additional hours as needed.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- At least 5 years of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS experience.
- At least 2 years of experience developing enterprise web applications with React JS and Redux.
- At least 1 year of experience making architectural decisions.
- At least 2 years of branch banking UI development and support experience.
- At least 2 years of experience with WCAG 2.0, WCAG 2.1, or both.
- At least 1 year of experience with Node JS, WebPack, and other React front-end development tools.
- At least 1 year of SDL Tridion content management system experience.
- Preferred qualifications include 5 or more years of web design and development experience and 5 or more years of leadership experience.
- Preferred qualifications include knowledge of application and web security, application performance analysis and tuning, and Windows or Mac OS-X setup and usage for React JS development.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with JEST, enzyme, Jasmine, Mocha, Chai, or React Testing Library for unit testing.
