Responsibilities
- Develop, train, validate, and refine computer vision models for detection, segmentation, and classification.
- Write efficient, scalable, production-ready Python code using PyTorch.
- Optimize models for high-performance inference across diverse hardware using TensorRT, OpenVINO, and ONNX.
- Manage large-scale datasets and implement advanced data augmentation strategies.
- Design and maintain GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines for automated model training, testing, and benchmarking.
- Collaborate with research and engineering teams and contribute to open-source repositories.
- Create documentation and tutorials and support users solving real-world problems with Ultralytics technology.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or a similar role.
- Deep expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks, with a strong preference for PyTorch.
- Proven computer vision experience and strong knowledge of transformer and CNN model architectures.
- Hands-on experience with quantization, pruning, and model deployment using TensorRT, ONNX Runtime, and OpenVINO.
- Proficiency in CUDA programming and GPU acceleration optimization.
- Strong MLOps experience, including CI/CD with GitHub Actions and containerization with Docker.
- Ability to solve problems and thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
- Experience contributing to major open-source projects is a significant advantage.
