Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Advance AI features and solutions from proof of concept through scalable, production-ready implementation.
- Execute the technical vision for AI solution development and delivery.
- Refine user stories and define acceptance criteria aligned with business needs.
- Write production-ready code, participate in code reviews, and implement smoke and unit testing protocols.
- Debug issues, support issue triage, and participate in ethical, risk, and security evaluations for AI solutions.
- Document and present technical details to nontechnical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Expertise in Python programming and version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to work independently and execute efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and use iterative testing to refine AI solutions.
- Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
- Preferred: understanding of business requirements alignment, prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation, ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, LLM fine-tuning, and professional services experience.
